A planned property alert service, coming soon

DeedAlerts is being developed as an independent service to pass on notices about activity on property titles in England and Wales by text message and email.

DeedAlerts isn't available yet. We aren't offering the service or taking payments. Its features may change, and it will only launch once our legal and regulatory checks are complete.

Concerned about property fraud today?

You don't need to wait for us. HM Land Registry runs its own free Property Alert service.

Registration opens soon. We aren't collecting any details yet.
